I still consider myself to be eating for two since I am breastfeedinh and I like to think that what I eat, my daughter tastes at least a little. So, with that in mind, I try my best to eat a variety of things. I also try, even though I do fail regularly, to eat healthy.
Today, I'm having eggs with freshly graded gruyere cheese (2 medium with yolks, 3 without), 1/2 bell pepper, 1 apple and 2 slices whole wheat bread (1 with strawberry preserves).
Washing it all down with water. Yumsville!
It's a lot of food, but it is a lot of really good, healthy food. Plus, it is early in the day, so I'll need these calories...and I can feel good about feeding my daughter and me this meal. :-)
