Motherhood is so glamorous!

Katie Kate spit up majorly today, prompting an early bath time. LOL

So the outfit I bought for her at Target is cute, but the pants don't fit after washing them once. I washed them and dried them according to instructions, but the leggings shrunk so bad I couldn't get them on her. So, note to self: at Target, buy pants 2 sizes up!

The pic shows the cute dress/tunic and onesie. They still fit. The pants are a different pair and they are size 9 months.

I hope she'll get in a good nap. She slept like a champ again last night. Lately she has slept very well. I'm so thankful. :-) Oh, and in her crib every night for almost 2 weeks!

She is also wonderful in the car, falling asleep quickly almost every ride. She loves a local band called The Great Depression and falls asleep or at least gets calm whenever we play it and I swear, it is almost instantaneous! She fusses if we play rap though. LOL She already has musical taste.

In other news...

We are about to start working on the kitchen!! We already had a new faucet and disposal installed. Next, we are taking down the shelf above the stove and we're hanging the pan each there. Then, we are installing a nice shelf above the dishwasher for my cookbooks. :-) Oh, before that, we're repainting the room. The renters painted it the glossy real color and it must go.

I'd LOVE to refinish the cabinets and get new hardware, but we'll probably wait.
