Eating for Two

From 1/5/2013:

If a plate isn't colorful, it isn't worth your time.

I'm working on making quality milk for baby and eating yummy, vitamin-rich foods for me too.

Yes, it is a BIG plate of food, but the only "bad" thing is the Bacon. (I love that my phone always capitalizes Bacon. Ha!)

What's on my plate?

1 small sweet potato
4 stalks of asparagus
(I boiled these together until just tender, topped with a pat of butter and salt)
1 piece of Bacon, cut in half
4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 egg whites with sauteed yellow peppers
1/2 banana, sliced
Water to drink

Absolutely delicious!
