I woke up thinking, "Is it Friday or Saturday?"
Well it is neither.
It's only Thursday. Thankfully K said it has felt like a king week to him too, so I don't feel so bad.
Making a fantastic lunch of penne pasta, with with marinara, topped with sauteed onion, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and spinach, and two pieces of garlic bread.
I find I'm hungrier without dairy products. So, I'm going to try to up my bread intake. I tend to have sensitivities to bread, so I hope this doesn't backfire.
Can't wait to eat this! Looks so yummy!
In other news, planning to continue working on my rough draft for a publication and I want to finish another burp cloth for the shop.
Hopefully I'll have time for both.
