Life is good

Kathryn has spent much of the morning "on her own," playing on her activity mat and hanging out in her swing. It's been awesome because I've gotten all the floors done except the studio. I also got a load of dipes in the wash, and filled out the paperwork for my SS card and duplicate title. Oh, it doesn't take 4-6 weeks...it is 4-6 days!! Yay.

I love that my baby girl is comfortable on her own more. I didn't even do it. She did. LOL! I also love that she wants me to hold her when she is tired or just wants to be cuddled.

Another act of independence happened in the middle of the night. She was awake after eating and pooing (twice), so I rocked her for a few minutes, until her eyes were heavy, then I laid her next to me. She squirmed and grunted, but fell asleep on her own! It was awesome.

I'm happy and optimistic about everything today. Life is good.

Oh, and to top it off, my son, T sent me a message on FB! He said, "I love you, mommy." Lol. It was so awesome and totally made my day. Gosh, I have amazing & loving kids!
