Diet Sodas Linked to Belly Fat

I know from seeing the waistlines of family members and friends who drink diet sodas that there may be some merit to this.

Of those I know who drink diet sodas, even those who are thin overall, they tend to carry fat in their midsections, which happens to be the most dangerous place to carry fat.

I've also gotten to watch my mom's midsection shrink since she joined my groups, stopped drinking diet soda, started doing PiYo and changing her diet. It's been amazing and it's only taken about 8 weeks for her to achieve some serious results.
