Yoga Balance Poses!

I still have a long way to go and MUCH, MUCH to learn, but today's practice was fabulous! I'm so stoked. Thank you, my husband, for taking the baby on an outing and giving me this time to nourish my spirit and body.

It felt so wonderdul to truly get to focus. In only 20 day's time, I feel that my body is getting stronger and more flexible. I love it and I'm enjoying the education tuat comes with it.

I find that this prqctice helps me in ky every day as well. I catch myself slouchinh and adjust.

Gosh, I'm so happy I'm back to daily practice. It feels fabulous. :)
