Some pics velow of some of the things we ate today. We also had grilled cheese and a veggie stew for dinner. The stew had onion, garlic, corn, black-eyed peas, lentils, quinoa, cauliflower, kale, spinach, white potato, sweet potato, tomato...I think that's it, all in a veggie broth.

Today I did my yoga and calisthetics, and continued with the squat challenge (180 today!). I'm able to do a headstand now and hold my crane pose for a solid 30 seconds, sometimes close to a minute!!! Progress.
I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life and im going to keep improving. It feels great.
