Healthy Eating

What we've eaten so far today (10:54)...this is our breakfast. (Ryn nursed earlier as well)

In this scramble:
Non-gmo tofu, extra firm
Tomato
Spinach
Onion
Garlic
Zucchini

Also had homemade juice:
Carrot
Cucumber
2 apples

I love a colorful plate! To me, it is the KEY to good health.
