Operation "Get My A$$ in Shape" day 3

Day 3:

I'm sore. Lol. Like, all over, but it feels amazing!

Tomorrow is a rest day, so I'm probably going to get out for a nice walk with the baby to work out the soreness.

My favorite accomplishments so far:

1. Holding my crane pose for 15 seconds!!
2. Having done a total of 210 squats in the last 3 days!!!

I'm hungry all the time though and I'm indulging, as I know it is just my body's way of adjusting to new activity.

Yesterday for lunch we had rotini with alfredo sauce and tomatoes.
For dinner: vegetarian shepherd's pie with steamed brussel sprouts and mac n cheese.

Today we've started with banana pancakes (with wheat germ again) with peanut butter and syrup.

I'm working on water intake. I was a little light on that yesterday.

I think I'm going to try to make my blog less personal....yay for no more discussion of bedroom antics, right? Im going to focus on making it about healthy eating, exercise, being a good parent, and marriage topics. I'm going to sometimes begin from personal experiences with parenting and marriage, but I really want to move toward responses to other sources.

The fitness stuff will be my progress, or the lack thereof. Lol

Healthy eating will be a recipe share sort of format. I need to revamp my blog, add new pages, discard others, and im going to be thinking of a new blog name. Suggestions are welcome...although Narcissistic Bitch is already taken...at least I'd assume it is.
