Sitting here, with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and a nursing baby girl in my arms, thinking about what on earth I could do for a job.
I had an interview today at a portrait studio and it went so well that im sure I uave the job, pending a background check. However, I tried to log in several times to no avail. I have a feeling my last name is spelled wrong in the system. I sent an email back explaining the situation, so hopefully I'll hear something.
It was only for a seasonal position, but I really think I'd enjoy it.
One issue is the child care...not that my daughter is an inconvenience to work around, but it bears consideration. I dont want to be paying to work in the end between gas and change child care. If I'm going to be without my baby, it darned well better be worth it.
I just want a job I'll enjoy, that pays well. Is this really so much to ask?
