Chili-roasted Acorn Squash

Looking for a delicious and different side fish to jazz up your next dinner? Try this one. It's wonderful.

2 acorn squashes, cut into wedges (do not peel)
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp chili powder

Preheat oven to 425.
On large, rimmed cookie sheet, toss squash and oil. Add chili powder, salt and pepper.
Roast 20-25 min, or until just starting to brown. Toss halfway through.

Super yummy!
