Cornish Game Hens

So yesterday I went to the market and got cornish hens to make a fabulous meal for my husband, but of course they were frozen, so I placed them in the refrigerator and will not plan to make said "fabulous dinner" for him tonight. 

THE PLAN:

Yea...we'll see. I hope it turns out well. Those babies were $9.99! Yes, Miss Organic Everything cares about how much she spends at the grocery store. Who doesn't? And I don't want to toss ten bucks down the drain (or my dog's mouth, as much as I do love him). 

So I'm HOPING they will be juicy and delicious and look JUST like this. haha! 

I'm going to pair them with a nice green salad and steamed veggies...and possibly another side, but I'm not sure yet.
