Anyway, it should be here tomorrow and I'm excited to get it and really take off on my fitness journey.
My arms and abs are seriously showing some definition! I'm pretty stoked. I've only been using the PiYo for two weeks and my shoulders have really responded. I seem to store my fat in my arm area. Ugh. It's okay though. I'm further than I'd have been had I not started!
Also, above is a spider plank that, in the past, I found too difficult to do. Well, yesterday I did all the reps and I did a few more for pics. My form doesn't look perfect here, but I'm improving. I credit my stronger core for that.
I think our bodies crave movement. In a world of cars, elevators, moving sidewalks, sit-coms, etc, we just don't move our bodies like they are meant to be moved. I think this, coupled with a poor diet in general (especially in America), is the reason we have such a high rate of obesity, diabetes, and heart issues. It's simple. Get 30 minutes of exercise a day....even if it's during your favorite prime time show. Add more veggies to your plate. Cut back on sodas and other sugary drinks. Trust me, you'll look better and MORE IMPORTANTLY, you'll feel better.
I wish people could understand that I'm not just selling this stuff. I REALLY like it. I've been approached by friends who are distributing other health and fitness products, but they just didn't sit well with me. My mom used Nutri-System, which is just terrible, terrible stuff. My sister does Advocare, which I've heard great things about, but a friend who sells it said I should use a certain product that "sculpts while you sleep," and that totally turned off my organic, natural side. Not thanks...I don't trust things that "work" without my working my body. Another friend sells It Works stuff, but the idea of temporary results from wraps seems like a waste, although I see the allure. Then she showed fat burners and I turned on my heels. No thanks. All of that comes back. All of that is a group of quick "fixes" that will bite you in the ass. Beachbody is different. It really is about whole body fitness...inside and out. That's why I'm selling it. I truly believe it is a good company.

If you'd like to browse, go ahead! If you want to try a workout, I highly recommend PiYo. You can do just the workout or join me for a challenge (contact me through my page and I'll send you the link). I'll even provide support in my group on Facebook!
If that's not your style, there's a sale on P90 right now, this is a lower impact version of the popular P90X.
Take a chance. Check it out. Grab yourself the shake while you're at it...if you love it, keep going! hate it, return it (even if the bag is empty), for a refund! There's nothing to lose.
