21-Day Fix?

So, I'm starting this 21-Day Fix on the 3rd and I'm not lying, I'm a little nervous about it...and I'm a coach. Luckily my mom is doing it as well and after reading the little book, she's fine, but I'm still in the  slightly freaked out stage.

It requires a little planning. And, as committed as I am to over-thinking EVERY DAMNED THING, I'm sure I'm doing the same with this. I mean, really, it's not that hard. I've figured out my containers and I know how to cut up veggies and place them in said containers. I know how to cook food and place it in said containers, so exactly WHAT about this is making me feel overwhelmed?

I'm not even sure.

However, I think it may be the idea of having to stick to it for 21 days. I mean...I bought it! I HAVE to do it, right? Well, I guess I don't, but I kind of have to. I have a group online and everything! Haha! I'm a coach! Haha! I'm just not always the most consist person out there and I am helping others, so this is necessary.

Of course I'm over-thinking it and once I get into it I'll be just fine. I'm super excited about 2 things: 1. The new DVD workouts! Yay! I'll have a good arsenal built to help me combat winter this year. 2. The recipes! I can't believe how many recipes there are...even just in the little book I got, not to mention on the Team Beachbody website. It's awesome. So I'm really excited about that and honestly can't wait to get started on it.

I'm already feeling better. Yay.

You know, I'm feeling GREAT these days. I've probably already mentioned that on here, but I have to say it again. I FEEL AMAZING! I've even noticed that my skin on my arms has a dewy look to it that I've not seen since I was in my 20s. I didn't expect that...at all, but it's an added bonus, because I've always had troubled skin. I still get breakouts, but even since drinking Shakeology this week, I've not had new ones (I've only just realized) and the ones I have are going away. Hmmm. I'm NOT saying it's because of the Shakeo. They don't even mention this possible benefit in the marketing, so it very well could be coincidence. I'm just making observations based on my own experience this week. It does contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and protein, so perhaps I was deficient.

Hey, you should check out what's going on...I'm not telling you to do it. I'm not saying Beachbody is your answer. No one thing works for everyone. I'm just saying check it out. Below is the link to my (new, so bear with me) Facebook Page for connecting and support:

FitNFab because we're getting fit and feeling fab! lol.
You can find my coach page link there as well.

Sure, you can always go to Team Beachbody yourself, without going through me. However, then you will be assigned to a random coach and I have no idea what he/she does. They could be AMAZING! Or they may only offer support through the main support page. I have no idea.

With me, you get support from me, plus my coach has groups that are awesome as well. We connect through Facebook and we do challenges, exchange recipes, give support, complain when necessary! haha! It's great. I've requested a group on Team Beachbody, and I'm awaiting approval, so I've started a little thing on Instagram for those who prefer that. Tag your fitness pics with fitnfabincincinnati, because my group will be focused on (but not limited to) people in my city. I'm hoping to eventually start a real life group, where we can meet up to run/walk, etc. It would be amazing if it were a moms group! I'd LOVE that. As a matter of fact, I think that's what I'd like to do...start a moms fitness group. However, with babies, it would probably be better to begin in Spring. I'll keep it in mind.

So, anyway, there are lots of ways to stay connected while we work on becoming our best selves. Yay!
Join me, even if you decide NOT to do Beachbody. Join me just to connect. Just to learn from one another.
