So I ask myself each morning, "How can I kick my own ass today?" Yesterday I did the PiYo Drench workout and walked the dog. Since I didn't make it all the way through the workout, I think I'll try to do that today. Maybe I'll only get 1/2 way again, but that's okay. I'm just going to try and no matter what, it'll be a great workout! Win-win.
I don't know if I posted this here or not, but I'm torn between two possible career moves. One just kind of comes naturally to me and that's the health and fitness route. I love it. I've always been active and I've always strived to eat healthy foods. I love helping other people as well. However, the real estate market intrigues me as well. I'd kind of like to be an agent...
I don't know which to do. I can start school in January, and both programs are offered, so I need to decide soon. I feel weird going back to a community college after having been to a university and getting my BA, but whatever. That's just pride clogging things up. I'll figure it out. There is still time for me to roll it around in my head before deciding.
Above: me doing the Drench workout and my first bound side angle pose. Oh, and I've lost 1" from my waist, 1" from my chest, and 1.5" from my hips, while gaining one pound! Weight gain through the building of muscle mass is my goal...this doesn't have to be your goal. Most people want to lose weight and that's great too, as long as you're being kind to your body.
