Working out instead of complaining!

So, I'm sitting here gorging on a container (yes, a CONTAINER) of whole wheat gnocchi...look, I haven't eaten since breakfast and it's almost 7pm, so I'm starving...and I've realized while I complain all the time about my body, I've yet to REALLY do anything at all about getting fit.

I'm one of those skinny fat girls. Yes, they exist. Don't roll your eyes. I hate that in America we can say, "damn, you're too skinny," but you damn well better NEVER tell a person he/she is "too fat."

I digress.

I'm skinny fat. I have more body fat than I ever have and for good reason. I had a baby & I don't work out. Lots of "skinny" girls are actually have a high fat ratio, because they don't work out.

Anyway, *as I sigh long and loud* I guess I need to start working out again and I need to devote time to it EVERY day. I need to start walking or running or both at least 3 times each week and I need to get back into doing my toning exercises on a daily basis. I have my 5 and 10 pound weights I should use as well, because at this point in my life, weights really are necessary.

So, *as I rub my face in my hands & Kathryn pulls at my dress* (yea, all this planning is going to work so well!) here's my plan and it is, of course, subject to change at anytime without warning.

*takes a few more bites of gnocch*

Here it goes:

DAILY:

50 push-ups
50 crunches
50 leg lifts
25 lunges (I'm a weakling with these and awkward as all get out)
15 planks (hold each for as long as possible.
3 sets 20 reps of each:
bicep curls
shoulder lifts
butterfly lifts (???not sure what they are called when you straighten your arms out like a bird)
tricep curls

3 days a week:
CARDIO!
Walking
Running

No time like the present...Ryn is restless. I need a walk.
