Dravet Syndrome: Please help if you can

It's tough when you see your friends and family going through a terrible time. It's even worse when that someone is 4 years old.

Joselyn.

She's a 4-year old warrior who fights Dravet Syndrome every single day of her life and has been fighting since she was 4 months old and had her first seizure. Since then, she has had countless seizures, sometimes as many as 15 in a day.

At this point, the seizures have become so severe that her parents have had to administer rescue medications to save her. Rescue meds...

Can you imagine having to do that for your child? I just can't. It's hard enough when my child is sick and I'm helpless to do anything but console and comfort. What they all go through each day just seems unfathomable to me.

Her parents are trying to get her a service dog to help alert them and her teachers, etc to a coming seizure so they can better prepare and react. This dog costs $14,000. We are also having a benefit for her at a local pub with a raffle and silent auction. They've gotten many donations from local businesses.

I'm not one to ask for donations, but if you can help in anyway, it would be very much appreciated! Even 1 dollar...pocket change. It all adds up.

Here's a link to her GoFundMe Page.

If you can, please spread the word.

"Individually we are but one drop...together we are an ocean."
