Day 1 Disney World

We enjoyed a lovely day at the beach and arrived at Disney around 3 pm or so.

Day 1 Disney World.

It's like a maze of what my husband referred to as "stepford wife homes," because they all look the same,  and had it not been for gps, I think we'd have been driving for a long time trying to find our place...kinda like 2 ladies my husband and I saw tonight, who were walking around, completely lost trying to find their apartment.

The place is nice, except we're all sharing a room, but it is roomy, at least. It's cute as well.

We've not made it anywhere, because Kat was so exhausted. She fell asleep as we were battling traffic to get to dinner. She slept through dinner, only to wake up as we were leaving and then scream and cry that she wanted to eat.

We fed her walnuts, mac n cheese, & toast back at the room because we hadn't gotten groceries and all that's here is what my in laws brought, which is mostly sugar and chips. My mother in law did bring her some mac n cheese, so thank goodness for that.

We had no idea if the place even had a kitchen...and when we go places, the grocery is one of our first stops, so we were totally unprepared.

This brings us to bedtime...and my situation for the last hour.

I fell asleep after Linda left to go to the grocery store. I awoke when they came in with the bags.

Have u ever seen A Goofy Movie?
If so, recall the seen where Max and Goofy meet Big Foot and he has them trapped in the car and Max is writing to Roxanne. He begins the letter with, "Dear Roxanne. Couldn't sleep...."
Then looks over at Goofy, who is snoring very loudly.
That's my current situation.
I figure using a Disney example is perfect considering were supposedly at the "happiest place on earth."

Um....
Listen

I wonder if they would all wake up if I played this right now? ;)
Now I know where my husband gets it...Although he doesn't snore as loudly or with as much vigor.

Holy shit....it's going to be a long week. My daughter is going to wake umorning at Cocoa Beach and p at 7am, most likely and so far, the only sleep I've gotten was while my MIL and SIL went to the grocery store.

Thank god we have wine. (We will need more)
Thank god I thought to download a new book to my Kindle and thank god the charger is next to the bed.

It's the little things.
