These days, the world moves so quickly and the idea of being busy all the time is praised. It seems everyone has a to-do list and another to do before they get to the big one.

However, we don't need to wait for a vacation getaway to get some rest and that's a good thing, because our bodies and brains NEED rest to fully function.
Rest and sleep help our brains process I formation and file memories.
Rest helps our muscles heal.
Rest helps us renew and restore our energy.
Rest is as necessary to our well being as watwr, food and exercise. Don't fall prey to the "busy" trend.
Take care of yourself and give yourself a break.
